He is a partner in Resultant d.o.o. (formerly HSC Group d.o.o.), where he is a procurator and senior internal research consultant with over 15 years of experience. He is responsible for the implementation and operational management of the SiOK project in Slovenia. He also provides guidance on the implementation of HR processes and IT solutions to support HR processes. He has been gaining expertise and experience for many years and is still driven by a constant desire to learn and develop. He comes from a sales and business background and has several decades of experience in people management. In Slovenia and the former Yugoslavia, he gained most of his experience managing sales teams. His thinking is guided by professionalism and business ethics.
